when i am on my last page of sending fleet somewhere if i click too many times, it would send more than one fleet...it's a bug but i don't mind that one because i have to send only 1 expedition and click as much as i can and it will send all 4 expeditions using only 1 fleet template haha

Will you please put in a ticket about this, so we can gather more information from you about it, and submit it to the developers?

A side note to this, multiple missions sent with one fleet launch is a long time standing bug, that was reported multiple times. This bug will be fixed later rather than sooner, in case it's ever fixed at all.

Also note that while it's a rare occurrence, the bug most definitively does exist.
