Our member GameOver has launched a standard operation to destroy the HH3 fleet.

To do so, he destroyed 3 moons of HH3. One moon was not destroyed, compromising the operation.

GameOver didn't even try to intercept LC's 150K to the phalanx.

In retaliation, HH3 decided overnight to destroy GameOver's crawlers and send him missiles without any attack.

I haven't read anywhere that this bashing rule applies even in the event of a declaration of war.

On the other hand, the Ogame.us rules state in black and white the opposite of what you're saying.

War does cancel it according to Ogame.us rules :

"Bashing is only allowed when your alliance is at war with another alliance. The war must be announced in the relevant OGame forum and must comply with the forum-specific rules."

I've been playing for a long time. The reason a war is declared is to break the moons of one's opponents. 6 attempts isn't enough.
