Congratz WTF and FR Bizzle. It was a great fight.

We are not playing the same game than you !

This proves that playing fleeter on hima.us no longer makes sense without having to pay for the next seminar in Bali for all Gameforge staff. WTF is too far ahead. It's over. The universe is not open to merging, even though polls show that everyone wants to play on an eco x10. Come to Hima :) Scrap your fleet before.

    Great job

I hope he feeds you many more times.

It is always a pleasure to see the impartiality of the staff members. It's appalling how some people lack common sense... Probably trained by ShineSune in Russia. School where you can put banknotes in underpants.

Toward a Better Alignment of OGame.us Rules

    Zenitsusan

I would like to suggest harmonizing the rules of the OGame.us community by using the French rules as a reference.

I haven’t examined the German or English versions in detail, but since they belong to large and well-structured communities, I assume their rules are identical.

The French rules are more detailed and precise, which greatly reduces the need for operators to interpret them individually.

Overall, I don’t understand why the .us community always seems to be a year behind.

Is the dollar not as strong anymore? šŸ˜‰

Let’s take this rule as an example: 05.05.2025 – Added Pulling Rule.

This is a major update to a rule that has existed since the very beginning of the game.

Whether justified or not, this rule has already been in effect in France for almost a year.

So, when and how does a manager decide to align the rules?

Why this particular rule and not others?

I simply don’t understand why the process is taking so long.

Does nobody really care about the .us community?

When rules are updated, it would also be helpful to communicate it clearly.

    The latest visible update reads:

Updated 01/20/2025 – The 20-second rule is back in effect.

However, it was only mentioned as a quick edit, without any detailed explanation.

It’s impossible to develop a community without doing the necessary work.

Updates arrive late, projects are left on hold, and nothing seems to move forward.

We’re just going in circles — I’m going in circles.

    To summarize clearly:

I find the current management of the OGame.us community somewhat inadequate.

It feels as though the staff are operating without proper oversight from the larger, better-structured international communities.

I encourage you to take this standardization project more seriously.

For instance, after the failed merger project, you suggested changing the game settings — yet players have now been waiting for four months without any follow-up.

I love sending BS messages.. it got you thinking. At the end of the day it was a great hit. My turn to pull a Donnie, bust out the credit card, and buy a fleet. Like I said yesterday… GGs. We will meet again.

You have to insult dead mothers when you lose your fleet.

You have to be consistent and give 100% otherwise it's pointless.

Nice hit with skills. Not just a spy and fly.

    Zenitsusan

What is your opinion on profit sharing for an ACS attack?

Sending probes allows you to recover 50% of the profit, i.e. 700B in resources? Isn't that excessive?

What is the point of the rule prohibiting pulling then?

Do you want to keep it? Because clearly it can be circumvented quite easily.

Again congratz : "Similarly, clicking quickly on packages or detroids leads to an error and you cannot start the next one without reloading the page."

Knowing that the game has bugs and taking advantage of them is good.

Once again, It's nothing personal, I'm just stating the facts. it's just that we need to point out the inconsistencies in this game in order to improve it, but nobody cares. No one has an answer. Just saying, we don't like you. That's a 4-year-old's level.

    Like everything else, ultimately.

The mediocrity that keeps Ogame running.

Mediocrity of mind, skills, social graces, and the will to progress.

    It's just crap.

Before anything else, let me make one thing clear:

This is not a popularity contest.

Whether people like me or not doesn’t change the facts.

As the saying goes — ā€œThe majority can be wrong; consensus doesn’t equal truth.ā€

My goal here is not to start drama or compare communities — it’s to highlight a gap in the OGame.us rules that allows massive abuse under the label of ā€œprofit sharing.ā€

    The Issue at Hand

In the recent battle between WTF (top 1) and Limes (top 50), the total profit was around 1.3 trillion resources, and WTF sharing 50% maybe less but still — about 700 billion — with Limes.

    Facts:

    • WTF did 99.99% of the actual combat.

    • Limes sent 12,221 probes — practically nothing.

    • WTF handled all the calculations, logistics, and execution.

    • Yet Limes walked away with 700 billion resources, which equals over 1,400 times the legal weekly pulling limit.

    That’s not ā€œprofit sharing.ā€ That’s pulling in disguise.

About the Rules — and Why This Comparison Matters

I know some will say: ā€œThis is the US server, not the French server — we play by our own rules.ā€

Sure. But rules should serve the same purpose everywhere: to keep the game fair.

The French OGame rules explicitly say:

ā€œProfit sharing in ACS/Defenses is allowed as long as each participant is at least reimbursed for their losses.

Spy probes and other insufficient contributions are excluded.

Any abuse will result in the operator refusing the profit share.ā€

This isn’t about importing foreign rules — it’s about learning from a clearer, tested framework that already prevents the kind of abuse we just saw here.

The current US rule (ā€œprofit sharing is not considered pulling since value is providedā€) is vague.

But what ā€œvalueā€ did Limes provide here? Sending a handful of probes? That’s not value, that’s token participation.

    Why This Case Is Disproportionate

    • Limes’s contribution was symbolic.

    • The profit share (700G) represents years of legitimate gameplay for a top-100 account.

    • This transfer gives a massive artificial boost to a weaker ally, bypassing the 500M pulling limit in spirit, if not technically.

    • It sets a dangerous precedent: any top player could "share" trillions with friends under the same excuse.

This is exactly why other communities require operators to review ā€œprofit sharesā€ for fairness. It’s not bureaucracy — it’s common sense.

    Constructive Proposal

I’m not asking for punishment or drama — I’m asking for clarity.

    Suggested Amendment for OGame.us:
    1. Profit sharing is allowed only if each participant provides a proportionate and tangible contribution (ships, losses, recycling, etc.).
    2. Symbolic actions (e.g. sending probes) don’t justify large payouts.
    3. The operator should have authority to reject disproportionate shares as ā€œpulling abuse.ā€
    4. Combat and harvest APIs must be submitted for verification.

This keeps fair teamwork possible, but stops players from transferring billions under false pretenses.

    Final Thoughts

This is not about nationality or popularity — it’s about integrity and equal standards.

Ignoring obvious abuse just because it happens on ā€œour serverā€ only hurts the credibility of the game.

Fair play should mean the same thing everywhere.

Let’s use this case as a chance to clarify the rules, not to circle the wagons around a loophole.

That’s what keeps OGame competitive and fun — for everyone.

I fully understand why WTF and the [CETUS] alliance might prefer things to stay vague.

When the rulebook leaves gaps, those with deep wallets and powerful fleets can twist them however they like — and call it ā€œstrategy.ā€

    But fairness isn’t for sale.

Money should never outweigh the rules or the spirit of the game.

If we truly care about OGame’s integrity, then we need clarity — not loopholes.

Let’s fix the rule, not defend the exploit.

LiMes took part in the battle and got his share according to the rules.

    Which rule?

    • One player can only pull 500m. One player can receive multiple 500m pulls.
    • Trading, recycler help, ACS, profit sharing etc. are not considered "pulling" since the player receiving resources provides value in return. Same rules of "fair play" apply in those cases as usual.

How much did you give him? 500B for sending 10K probes? If that's the case, it's 1000 times more than the allowed pull limit.

This isn't fundamentally a criticism of you, but rather of how this community is run, which is very poorly managed.

If you can get away with bending the pull rule like that, it's because the rule isn't clear.

By my standards, 500B in resources is a lot. To you, it's nothing, but the reality is that it is.

I think that by being able to do whatever you want without anyone telling you anything, you've lost sight of the main point of this game.

    You're bending the rules.

I would like to bring a point in the rules to your attention :

    • Trading, recycler help, ACS, profit sharing etc. are not considered "pulling" since the player receiving resources provides value in return. Same rules of "fair play" apply in those cases as usual.

The fact that Limes sends 12,221 probes does not entitle him to claim 50% of the profit.

What do 12,221 probes represent in relation to the entire fleet of attackers?

Especially since WTF writes in black and white that he did all the calculations and took all the risks.

I don't know how Limes has gained +728M points (+53%) since the date of the report.

Either he spent all his money or WTF was more than generous in sharing the profits.

Personally, it bothers me that there are rules regarding the pulling and that they are being circumvented so blatantly.

I know nobody cares, not even the operators, one of whom is in your alliance, but still.

You can put in as much money as you want, but at least show some respect and play fair.

For those who play for the rankings, they're being overtaken by a player with +500M points because he sent 10k probes on ACS. It's ridiculous.

There's nothing left of the game that used to be called Ogame.

All in all, it would be interesting to clarify the situation because if sending 10K probes is enough to get around the pull rule, we should know about it.

    Thank you.

    Today is Ogame's birthday.

    Then, the beginning of fall.

    Then Christmas.

    Then New Year 2026.

February, the shareholders' meeting for the distribution of dividends.

Then vacation to spend all that money in the sun, given the weather in Germany.

    Then June : POLL !

    GF press release:

Oops, that was POOL for pool party!
