This is a known bug which had been somewhat under control but has resurfaced.
The devs are aware of the issue and are looking for the root cause or the code regression.
Until they patch it, there is nothing we can do.
I know this is frustrating but you are not the only one struggling with this at the moment either.

Unfortunately, no it is not avoidable.
And if Gameforge knew what causes it, they could fix the bug.

Yes.
The bug was supposed to be fixed.
However, it has been proven it was not completely fixed as expected.
