Since Xanthus received the update, I cannot pull up the production cost pages for buildings. Additionally, when pulling up cost for ships, the bottom portion is cut off.

Tubesok could you please provide more information in a ticket? What kind of device are you using (android phone, iOS phone, tablet, pc, mac, etc.), which browser, mobile view enabled or not, version number (if a device), have you tried clearing cache/cookies/browsing history and disabling all addons/extensions you may be using, then restarting your browser to see if that resolves the issue? I would like to submit a bug report for this, but need the additional info for the report.
