welcome to volans! i scanned around and saw his moon with a 35 minute timer on it. spied and launched... spent 250M deut in pre process between fleet and recs. i figured it wouldnt hit and he would get on. but he never did, I am assuming I just got lucky and he missed his fs.
Im just sad that he vmoded about 20 minutes after. I hope he comes back so I can wish him a fast rebuild.
