Add Plasma Tech to Den Calculations

When building/upgrading Storage on a planet, the built-in Den(anyone remember when it was separate?) protects up to 10% of daily(aka 24 hours) production. Yet it appears the Den does not take into account Plasma Technology, a permanent upgrade that does not go away once researched. A Geologist buff, Production Booster item or even Lifeform boosts(Buildings + Techs) can all disappear in time or a click. Yet Plasma Technology remains because it's just that: a global Technology that never expires. So my question is that if it never expires, then why is it excluded from Den calculations? If I have a level 10 Plasma Technology(or whatever level it happens to be at any given time), my Den protection should account for that increased production and therefore I propose it be added/included into Den protection.
