They were about 24 hours apart, actually - I just didn't post the first one right away. The one with all of the cargoes happened Thursday night, and then I spent a good bit of Friday planning how to get the other fleet, and hit it Friday night.

Last night when I found the fleet I hit (in the other topic I just posted), I saw a pretty good-sized fleet just sitting on a planet. At the time I wasn't really in a position to hit it, as it was pretty far away from my moons, but I did some preparing today, and went out and got it. It had gotten considerably smaller by the time I got there, so unfortunately I guess I will have to hunt down the rest of it, but still...not bad. The profit isn't great, considering what was involved in making this happen, but if I can find the rest of it, it will help to make up for it.

I hope you rebuild quickly, BazOOka. I actually really like the fact that you're not good at fleet saving.

It's been a while since I've zipped around Draco spreading joy and sunshine. I guess my excuse is that life has gotten in the way of my Ogaming lately, but... I'm baaaaaaaaack! :woot:

I've had my eye on BazOOka for a while now, and I've gotten in some little hits here and there, but mostly I've been really unlucky and he'd always come on right before I hit him. I was a little shocked that this one actually went all the way through, because of my past record with him. He did come on shortly after, and managed to snag quite a bit of the df with the 6 recyclers that were down on the planet. I *knew* I should've hit the planet too... *doh*

Anyway, I hope you rebuild quickly, BazOOka.

I'm all for activity...raiding inactives for ever-decreasing amounts has gotten quite boring. Now if we could get 500 people out of vmode and get them playing again too, that would also help...

I thought the FIG/Paladins war was supposed to promote activity too - I suppose in a way it did...I was VERY active eating all of the fleets that were left sitting around, but I'm not sure that it did much beyond that... 8-o

How will that change Draco? This place is deader than dead...

I can't speak for all of us, but yeah - it's getting to be pretty rough. The food sources have either disappeared completely, or gone into vmode, and there are too many mouths competing for too few targets. It's kind of frustrating just trying to hang on and survive and hope that things will be better soon...

Aww man, Rev...you said you were going to attack ME. I had all of my pink ships polished up and ready to receive the attack. Why did you lie to me? *sad* Seriously though - good luck to you in whatever you go on to do. I'm not sure why you're just giving up after this, but meh. I do have one request though - could you please pass your account on to someone who has sloppy fleetsaving habits?

DegO...what can I say? You're a crazy dude with some mad skills, and I can only hope that someday those skills rub off on me. Or maybe I need the craziness to rub off on me...who knows. This was a sweet hit to watch happen, I'm just sorry that we screwed up and didn't get those recyclers timed back.

I'm pretty sure that this is my first ever advanced. I played in U12 in .org a really long time ago, but I don't think I ever had an advanced there...

@ Xepedosthens - I'm saving for astrophysics 19. It's not cheap. I'll take whatever "donations" I can find.

Back on June 8th, I hit Army's (Irish Bear) old account and ate most (all?) of its fleet. It missed being an advanced hit by around 16M damage. After that hit, he got this new account, which had no fleet. I've left him alone for a while, but earlier this week I kind of started poking around, checking things out. I got to looking around tonight when he's generally sleeping, and found the fleet sitting on a moon just four systems away from one of my own. I waited for quite a while, watching for activity, then finally jumped part of my fleet over and launched recyclers. I waited another hour watching for activity and then jumped over the rest of my BCs and went ahead and launched.

This is my first advanced hit, and also the first time I've ever gotten to fly all 10k pink BCs together. It cost a bit of deut, but they look pretty impressive flying around, don't they? :woot:

I hope you have a very speedy recovery, Irish Bear. I feel really bad that you came on only a few minutes after the hit. That's probably almost as bad as having to sit and watch a lanx hit taking place...

This hit is dedicated once again to Arazor. He trusted and believed in me enough to give me this account when he decided to leave Ogame, and I hope that I will continue to make him proud with my growth and my progress. :2thumbsup:

It's another beautiful day in Draco. Yesterday's violent rainstorm left the universe all sparkly and clean. So I headed out my front door to look around the galaxy and just see what I could see. I stepped out and turned left, but wait...what was that? A timer on a moon? With no activity on the planet?? Go back! GO BACKKKKK!!! Yes, that IS what I saw! Quick, probe it, PROBE IT!!! :woot:

A FLEET! There is a fleet sitting unsupervised in my front yard! Get it...get it! GO GO GO!

Basically, I found a plump, juicy fleet sitting on a moon in my system, and so I took advantage of the opportunity to bring it home with me. It had some lovely crystal with it, which I'm sure I can find all kinds of uses for. The ironic thing is that I was asked to try to return lock a Paladin fleet that was attacking this fleet last week...I'm sorry Shroom - I like you, and I hope you will rebuild quickly.

This hit is dedicated to all of the Paladins and FIGs who built ever so much lovely stuff for the war with each other, and then left it lying around the uni for me to pick up. I love all of you - you're awesome. Keep it coming! :Biggriner:
