Spotted this, launched the ants BC pilots that are new to the fleet, then almost recalled; the moon lit again & I checked, more cargoes; no 15 min timer, so I checked again & more cargoes, 15 mins & no timer, so I checked AGAIN & yup, MORE cargoes 
Normally when launching, and waiting, the target comes online 3-5 mins before the hit and moves everything; WELL, BlackRinzler came on less than 2 Mins AFTER the hit 
(Good thing I didn't slow down any more than I did) Defender was on right after the hit, spent the metal /cry on the moon, my assumption is that a lvl 2 gate was started & the rest went to LL then RL which is why only deut was left on first follow up & the LL count is increasing.
Black Rinzler seemed to take the hit well & didn't have any nasty words for me; I'll wish him a speedy rebuild.
