I know that Cypher hasn't been as active around here, maybe he lost interest, or got busy IRL. Every now and then I'd find a nibble sitting on a moon that looked like it had been forgotten, but for the most part I hadn't seen his fleet / nor was I actively hunting it. A number of days ago my alliance m8 spied saw some good resources in the lower galaxies & then decided to spy the outer ones. He asked me if I knew approximate online times (as if I keep track of things like that... 
)
In the outer galaxy spy report there was no activity when my alliance m8's probes were launched, but there was activity on the spy report & a pile of resources sitting with no fleet.
To me it looked like defender didn't want the fleet to be seen and didn't have time to move resources with it. 
(with that activity in the outer's I was about 95% sure that he was online & advised alliance m8 not to launch to the lower galaxy location. )
a number of days went by and I decided to probe around the typical offline time & found the main fleet with the pile of resources in the outer galaxies along with the smaller Rec fleet that my alliance m8 was after. My fleet was a little spread out, so I jumped, but needed to wait another hour for a 2nd jump to combine enough ships & cargoes...

I don't think Cypher will be back, he v-moded when he came on; still a top 10 account with little to no fleet. GLIRL cypher and hope you pass your account on to someone who would love to play... 
Total profit with the other hit is close to 90KK after deut cost, which is about the same value as the entire current rank 170 account.
