Yesterday morning, I probed all the turtles near me to see who I wanted to hit. I found a decent target and went after it. I blew away all the other esp reports like normal, and went about my day. Later that evening, this guy decided to something that many fleeters would create quiet a commotion about. I learned that he was just a noob, and didn't know the rules. I decided I'd teach him a lesson. His total account points where somewhere around 2.75 mil. His military score was 1.918 mil. He had almost no fleet to speak of, and little defenses on any of the other planets.
