This guy has been one of the most interesting fellows I've seen in Barym. He is almost always online. His little bunker system is a galaxy away from me, so launching on him is always costly. I've done so once or twice before a few months back, but had to recall. I was making my normal rounds this morning when I came across him. I looked across his account and noticed no activity... which is VERY strange for him at the time I was looking. I waited a good 20 minutes or so, and then finally decided to launch anyway.
