and none of them are 100.000.000 total damage

read the rules carefully, and then write any thing more.

**First please be polite with your responses, i was with mine, as well as other members of the forums. I would like for you to give back the same respect.

Second It is impossible to have a #1 without it meeting the guidlines of a top 10 hit. It would however be the largest CR in the uni but not the new #1, since there is not a top 10 hit thus far in the uni.

Third i am not over Uni 1 so i have no power there, however since the rule isnt going to be inforced there i will not do it here for now, once that changes there i will be enforcing it here as well....**
