well that happened to me before too. gave the account away. they got crashed then the guy act like he finally got me.
you cant protect an account that is no longer yours.

i agree how he is a top fleeter...settlers is.

he was hurt by it. he pm'd me. we talked.
i told him i was sorry.
he could of been a jerk and banned me.
he earned my respect.
i owe anyone a certain level of doubt when it comes to being unfairly treated.

because i wouldnt want a "joke" to lead to a ban for me.
would you want to end up banned for something that you didnt think was fair to you?
if i saw someone even someone i didnt like get mistreated. i will still say something.
why shouldnt this be normal?

i seen scriptors get off so easy. just 2 week ban. not life.
when you can use an app to refresh a page doesnt necessarily mean that it would get you banned.
there are a lot of apps out there. Your lack of logic amazes me. Just because he had an app doesnt mean he should be executed.

first offense shouldnt be an execution.

but i have seen a lot of real scriptors cheating and then come back over and over again.

if they give Xone a life sentence for an app. then what is said about the iphone or any phone's apps such alarms?
i set my alarm on my iphone to sound 15 minutes before my fleet gets back. so i guess oops i might be cheating too.
i think a lot of people might get busted for that app. in other words, dont look at the clock.

I personally dont see spending any money on this game anymore.
gf comes up with so many ways to try to get our money. if someone uses it then everybody is after the for "cheating".
my main point is first offense = life sentence = not fair.
Gf should be grateful to have people put down any money. especially after this great injustice.
maybe its should just be death penalty for all. then move on.

i never said anything about not being in the top 10 due to dm.
actually in wasat in am in the top 10.
i only use dm for officers and to move a planet once.

but the punishment should equal the crime.
i know quite a few GOs. most are just trying to do a good job.

some i dont trust at all. i almost quit a few times because they are not fair.
if the game doesnt get fair soon, i will be quitting soon too.
too many good players quit because of all the cheating going on.
but thinking the GOs are siding with them, makes a lot of good people quit.

then make scripting banned for life for everyone.

make the first a warning the perm ban.

they then went vmode. no punishment either.

i said that in the beginning. they told us it wasnt going to be an issue.
others said that it was part of the game so shut up and stop crying about it.

worst thing is the punishments are not the same for everyone.
one player gets banned over and over for 2 weeks at a time.
another one gets a life sentence?

but if someone is stopped running a stop sign, one guy gets a ticket, the other gets 25 years to life?
i hate cheaters, but a first time offense, should be a warning or a 2 week banned, not a life sentence.
