Well, no turtle is safe in ACS.
I'm not saying it's ample or reasonable counter play. I'm just saying that's about the only counter play there is for it.
With huge potential losses. But yeah, headhunting is another option.
But if we compare player to player - class to class, there should be a counter as there used to be when incomes were not determined by class.
