I've noted him growing quite a bit, launched a few times while he was online and promptly recalled. Today I saw this sitting with just moon activity only. Launched and he messaged me right away saying he was online. I recalled a bit later and resumed some other things I was doing. Came back to his moon and found a 21 minute timer with about 260m fleet sitting. I sent right away and about 15 seconds before impact I had a probe land and saw that the rest of his fleet landed. Talk about good timing. 
. He came back and messaged me a kudos saying his wife had him distracted. Good one buddy and GLTR
