    I've seen his fleet a few times but he was always online, this time he was not - now he's green :zombie:


    Also, not playing for a decade, starting as a General thinking I'll have fun fleeting - switched with the daily rewards to Discoverer just to realize how overpowered Discoverer is.

    Discoverer broke the game, and the difference in resources found in expos between Discoverer and everyone else makes no sense, not to mention 75% loot on inactive players.

    Honestly I think discoverer is great for the game - It just shouldn´t be a choice so new players go wrong. Means everyone has Some fleet and you have something to constantly do. Way better than the old miners with 95% defense and 5% cargos logging in once a day.

    To be honest, discovery allows faster fleet recovery, keeps people more interested in the game, more fleets and bigger fleets means more fun for everyone. That is just my take on it.

    I agree with you that it results in better gameplay and fewer people quit. I'm not opposed to it. The point I was trying to make was around the imbalance of classes, I was spending a lot of time in game as General, and the results compared to Discoverer are miserable. Maybe Discoverer eventually has diminishing returns, maybe there's a "late game" where General or Collector yield better results. I'm not sure, I haven't played a game in a long time and I was just mesmerized by the millions of resources I get from expos, that are literally impossible to farm.
