Alliance depot reward item

    Hello,


    i decided to choose the alliance depot item during the current rewards event. I was not awarded the item to my inventory when I selected it. I was assuming that because there was no hour glass timer that I would be able to collect that item and use it whenever I needed to, similar to any other item we acquire with no hour glass.

    Will you share any information as to why this happened?

    Building and research rewards are typically automatically added instantly, to the planet you are on. If you had been on a moon, the icon would have been green and you couldn't have chosen it.

    Check the planet you were on at the time of taking the reward, it should have auto built it there.

    There are 10 types of people in the world:

    - Those that understand binary
    - Those that don't

    I surly wish we didn’t need to remember all these little details about the rewards.


    when they gave away Astro item it stayed in our inventory.


    Then they added the timer to the Astro which was fairly clear to understand that I needed to use before stated timer ends.

    I guess I just wasted my choice for the day.
