What the hell is going on at Gameforge right now? As of the last update, this game is borderline unplayable on PC! On just the baseline game and a mainstream browser you will randomly have stuff just stop working. This touches just about every aspect of the game. You go about playing and magically you can't launch fleets, you can't use gates, you can't build anything or delete a pre-existing building queue. Attempting to do any of this will just give you an error message. The only things that seemed to work properly are switching planets and sending out discoveries. The worst part is that this will go on for anywhere from 5-30 minutes. HALF AN HOUR WHERE YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!! This can have severe consequences gameplay wise.
I'll throw in an extra bug for you as well. When leaving v-mode your mine production isn't reset to 100 percent. It remains at zero until you manually reset the values. This was supposedly fixed in beta version 37 and it is still popping up.
To be clear.... I have tried this on Firefox and Brave(Chromium) browser with extensions turned off.(They don't work anyway, until their devs update them) I have cleared my cache as the public server postings did actually note might be needed.
I would also like to note that this is the worst state I have ever seen this game in 20 years. Last time I remember things being even remotely broken was when classes first dropped and APIs became a thing. Even then I could still actually play the game. This version has been in beta for two months. How did such a glaring issue get missed before release? Did they actually even test this version? Or has Gameforge stopped paying their devs in actual money and instead give them DM coupons and a cold shoulder like they do with the board and game staff?
