Surround yourself with 2 newbie accounts and block all positions, legit?

    We have a player on Hercules who I assume made 2 accounts, both around 10k points, sent them res for astro research and occupied all positions in his system preventing any other player to moonshot him.


    Is such action legal or should it be posted to the support for review?
