I was going to start a 2nd War with MCB since the initiator of this War thread wanted the War to continue. I was advised that I can just prolong this War by stating so in the War thread. So Paradox will continue the War with MCB, unless MCB would prefer to admit defeat and that they lost this War.

I would like it to continue. I’m on vacation from work so vmoding a bit but I’ll be out soon.
It wasn’t a defeat. An alliance didn’t disband and the damage total wasn’t met. The lack activity results in a draw.
If ya want to call it a win though feel free. I’m not being banned for smashing yall so loss of some defense doesn’t bother me

well looking it up there is no prolong rule. just the 7 days inactivity so i guess it did end in a draw. your numbers were not added right i dont think from the ipm assault your first post was off by around 2bn unless i cant read. the rules were not followed on how to post them. so....imma say those are invalid. not that it matters since it was ended due to inactivity. plus i hadnt added a few attacks in the total damage even the i posted the CRs (my fault)
you can start another in 30 days if ya want. thanks for filling up my systems

LOL, "where are you getting your information"? I asked that the thread be opened again. You see, I am an active member of this War. It's not one-sided where bizzle starts and ends it on his whim. On Saturday, 11/24, I posted that Paradox will declare another War or we can just keep the current one open. On Sunday, 11/26, you agreed to keep the War open. I don't see where the confusion is because you are the one that said, "I would like it to continue. I’m on vacation from work so vmoding a bit but I’ll be out soon." I do not know why you are so confused as to why the War thread should be kept open.
If this War stops, then Paradox will just declare another War immediately. I do not need to wait 30 days to declare another one.

Also, I don't care if you think the War CRs are invalid. I'm not going to post hundreds of IPM attacks just so that you can see them. I will keep track of the defenses I destroy and post. Converting to MSU is not difficult. Simple formulas in Excel make it easy, as long as you have the numbers of defenses destroyed. It's fine if you want to consider it as "invalid". I will post the def before and after each attack, it's just simple math after that.
If you want to come back with 'I won't accept that', then fine. Don't. Anyone who plays the game will know that 5k of Plasma Turrets destroyed is worth 1.075G MSU. Good luck in the War that you instigated. Or in the following Wars. You were the one who said that you would just keep calling Wars until everyone stopped outbidding you in the Auctioneer.

You see, this is a mute point and the precise reason there is a need for GOs. It's not dissimilar to judges and how the law is interpreted and how it applies to today's world for laws and how said laws impact citizens. Sure, what you posted can very well be a technical rule. I have already stated that I will continue the War. If a GO decides to follow the technical rule and close the War, I will leave Paradox, join another alliance, and declare War after the three day waiting period. Don't worry, there is already a backup plan for that. I'm following the rules. There is nothing that can stop me from doing that. But, a GO can make the call, after seeing that both parties want the War to continue, and decide to keep the War open. So, if you really need a three day respite, then by all means, you can keep throwing a fit and have the current War end.
But, you and I both know that you only want the War to end because you are 'no longer having fun' with the War. I'm not responding to any of your in-game messages, so it's boring for you. I have already scrapped my fleet and defense so you have no targets to hit. I will only be able to destroy yours and be a nuisance and irritation. That's not fun for you. You want to go after fleets and post big numbers, but I'm not gonna allow that. That's the real reason why you did a complete 180 turnabout and you are pushing for 'the War to be invalid' and to end.
So, let's just keep the current War going since you said yourself to keep the War going.

PLUS... I can attack you with missiles all I want anyway. IPMs are not part of the bashing rule. So technically, according to the rules, I don't even need a War to send as many IPMs at your defenses that money can buy.

Well, the main opponent in MCB was just banned. So the War will resume once his ban is lifted. I doubt it's a permanent one. Trash talk is fine, but (one) throwing insults at a person's wife should not be part of the game. Also (two), a decent human being wouldn't take jabs at my wife's recently deceased father. Apparently, the GOs agree.
All the other members are also in vmode. If it is a 7-day ban, I would stipulate that MCB loses the War since, by their own actions, they make it impossible for Paradox to attack them.

According to the rules you keep on trying to circumvent, a War is open until the GOs close the threads. This War thread is still open. Hence, the War is still active. You keep on trying to preach about rules, but ignore the ones that don't help your case.
If my above post is against the rules, then I trust a GO will come in and remove it.

An awful lot of assumptions being made on your end dude. I guess you just can't help yourself from making insulting and offensive remarks. Since that is the case, I would suggest you stop posting stuff before you get banned for a longer period of time.
