Cooldown period after getting out of V-mode

As for the mechanic off cool-down period, there should be an incorporation noob protection where players cannot attack you and your also not able to launch an attack during this cool-down period to address the moon destruction protection. So to sum up if you plan to go on VM then plan on 48 hours in VM and another 48 hours or 24 hours where is an attack ban and NOOB protection during this cool-down period and this would solve the MD who use VM to save their moon from destruction.
