I forgot to post this before I left for vacation. I had seen this guys attack fleet sitting a while back on the moon and was making a move to get it until he moved it all. I waited a couple weeks and spied him again. I seen his cargo fleet sitting on the moon with a large amount of rss and wondered if it was worth the risk of him coming online. After thinking about it for a short while and having already sent out the recyclers, I decided to go ahead with the attack and roll the dice. Just a simple spy and fly but brought back some really nice rewards for a small universe. Y'all enjoy the fireworks!!
