    There was NO insta build, I had this LC on on another planet and JG it over to where the res was sitting and the rest of the metal that I had no room for in cargo hold I sunk it into rocket launchers. I guess with this no counting of inactive or void system really speed things up way more than I have anticipated and will govern accordingly. My production of 7.9Bn MSU / day with no boosters so just a little over 10 days of production lost, not really a biggie for me.

    not sure how one would "steal" their own resources when protecting them from an attack XD

    my apologies on the instabuild thing. i looked at my espy reports and was checking ship numbers guess i messed up.... it wasnt a void system issue. i was only two systems away and you left fleet unattended for wayyyyyyy too long. dont make excuses big dog you ranked number 1 here gotta be better than that.

    I actually never planned on spying you until yall picked up some new members. hope the fellowship with them helps while you rebuild.

    Def FR - 10 days production only if you dont spend or have more to rebuild.

    I do not agree I check in usually every hour. War fleet speed has a faster transit time because Flight time/consumption ignores empty systems. So now it is like your one position behind me NOT 2 because the other solar system in between your planet and mine has only inactive players so flight time ignored. The I hour check in time is usually sufficient but was logged out for a little longer did not refresh overview pane.
    20:49:38 was the time you spied on my fleet planet 21:45:14 was the hit time. Spy to the actual attack elapse time 55 minutes, and 36 seconds this is under the hour. That said the hour rule no longer holds in this universe and your Hyperspace 23 amplifies this. As I mentioned fleets on the ground timer set to 30minutes from now on and do a refresh of overview panel!
