March 21 - April 4: US Universe Merges

    Dear community,


    Starting on March 21st at 06:00 server time and ending on April 4th at 05:00 server time the US community will have merges taking place.


    There will be two groups for our merges which will look like this:


    Group 1

    Exodus: Japetus (136)
    		 Indus (161)
    		 Janice (162)
    		 Kalyke (163)
    Leda (164)
    		 Mensa (165)
    		 Norma (166)
    		 Octans (167)
    Target: Spica (145)
    		 Tarazed (146)
    		 Yildun (151)
    		 Himalia (160)



    Group 2

    Exodus: Quasar (169)
    		 Rosalind (170)
    Target: Pasiphae (168)
    *Fields will change from +25 to +30
    		 Sombrero (171)

    Hello commanders!


    A few considerations for the merge:

    • Unfortunately the alliances won't be transferred to the target server. Since there's a cooldown of 14 days after the creation for the founder to be able to activate the class without paying for it we ask you (founders) to open a ticket as soon as you transfer the account requesting for the class to be activated. Please on the ticket add the information as alliance name, tag and class it had on the exodus, after that we will check and activate the class as soon as possible on the target.
    • It might happen that the desired target doesn't show immediately for you to select. In this case, if you want we can help to move the account but for that we will need some steps:
      - Select one of the available targets that you have and transfer the account there.
      - Do not interact with the "bridge" universe.
      - Send us a support ticket with which bridge universe you used and your desired target.
      These steps are needed for you to have the relocations since a manual merge of the account won't grant any relocation or perk.

    Another consideration:

    • Login reward Tritium will not transfer with the account when it merges to target.
    • If you wish to complete the login reward event, you will need to complete it before you merge.

    Hello commanders!


    Unfortunately there's a setting changed needed for Group 2 that was missing due to the universes age and therefore when trying to transfer the account no target was displayed.

    This change was requested and should have effect during the following days.

    We are still able to transfer manually the accounts if you want to but in order to keep the transfer perks we suggest to wait for it to unlock from your end.


    We appologize for the inconvenience and feel free to send a ticket in case of doubts.
