When I switch the to the mobile version on my phone, the current promotion (%DM increase, relocation, expedition, etc) shows up right in the middle of the screen over top of the fleet pages.
Also, the resources in storage are showing vertically

This is a known problem, and hopefully it will be fixed soon. You can clear your mobile device browser's cache and cookies, and that will disable the mobile view, which will get rid of the ad blocking your game controls. I wish I had a better answer for you, but it's something.
Yeah it’s really bothersome. With that and having fleet issues where all my deut isn’t being shipped off I just put my accounts on vmode until it gets fixed. I don’t have time to click things multiple times just to get something to work if it works.
The dev team is aware of the issue. We have already reported it several time, trust me...
They are focused now on other issues, like the messages not showing etc that are affecting the whole game. Please wait a bit more, I hope that all our complain will push the issue on top of the list and we will get the fix soon.
yeah sick of all the problems, what ever happened to testing on the servers before genral release ,, so many bugs and stuff like always... its like get them spend money ... brake game and all goes to waste,,, about time e get refund,,,
